FIT STRENGTH: This Multi Strength-training focused class offers a variety of metabolic-conditioning exercise formats. This minimal-cardio-interval class will have your heart rate pumping and is designed for all fitness levels.   The variety & class atmosphere will ensure that each individual is being challenged and working to meet their current health/fitness goals. 


DYNAMIC BLEND: A much slower paced, all over balance, core strength class. Suitable for ALL levels of fitness. Entails mind/body connection using body weight resistance, light weights, bands, mats, stability and BOSU balls. Your heart will be pumping during this class!


FIT-PULSE-HIIT: A class with straight cardio, FIT-PULSE sure will get your heart pumping and calories burning. This class is suitable for ALL fitness levels, modifications made to fit all needs.


SWEAT CIRCUIT: This is a CORE/CARDIO HIIT class that will have your CORE and CALORIES burning. Class format changes and involves a variety of exercises so you won't even realize you are doing cardio! Suitable for ALL fitness levels. 

Class Schedule:

Monday/Wednesday/Friday AM classes run: 5am,6am,715am, 915am

Tuesday/Thursday AM classes run: 6am, 9am

PM CLASSES: Monday- 545pm, Tuesday/Thursday- 6pm

WEEKEND CLASSES

Saturday- 745am, 915am

Sunday- 8:30am

CHILD CARE

We also offer a child sitting area for during classes!
